The heart of Chalet Presseggersee is the bright and spacious living area. Featuring a comfortable living room with wood stove, a modern kitchen with cooking island and built-in appliances, and a large dining table for 10 guests – ideal for long, cozy evenings.
Ground floor: Spacious living area with smart TV, open-plan kitchen, one double bedroom, one bathroom with toilet, a separate guest toilet and a practical storage room.
First floor: One large 30 m² bedroom, three spacious double bedrooms, and one bathroom with toilet. A generous 30 m² landing with a cozy seating area and an additional smart TV.

Outdoor Living
Detached on over 2,000 m² of private land, the chalet offers plenty of space and privacy. A spacious parking area includes a carport with two charging points and a storage room. Landscaped borders and a garden path lead to the entrance of the chalet.
The 45 m² wooden terrace offers both privacy and beautiful open views of the mountains towards Italy. Facing south, you can enjoy the sun all day – perfect for a morning coffee, a barbecue after an active day, or relaxing on a warm summer evening.
The terrace is directly accessible from the living room through large glass doors. Two electric shade screens provide shade when needed.
